Foam Pad Dock Seal DS 100

The side seals may be of a square cross section or tapered, in order to reduce the clear opening width.

Mobile Head Dock Seal DSM 100/101
The adjustable head dock seal is the secure and effective answer to sealing the rear of vehicles with a wide height variation to a loading dock, protecting conditions inside the building from the adverse conditions outside.
The pad system is built to fit the structural opening while interfacing within the size parameters of the vehicles. The head pad runs in steel tracks between the side pads over the length of its adjustment. The head pad is suspended by a full width blind, which is attached to a spring counterbalance roller for a smooth height adjustment. The blind also forms a seal when the head pad is below the door lintel.

This model is suitable for vehicles of varying heights. Retractable Dock Shelter
DS 300
Simple, universal and effective, the DS 300 retractable dock shelter offers a general purpose seal to cater for most applications.
It is designed to recoil on impact, thereby extending the shelter life.
The DS 300 is available in dock mounter, ground mounted and adjustable head models.
Inflatable Dock Seal Model DS 400
This model is fitted with inflatable seals and features the following:- Inflatable dock shelter to provide you with the ultimate level of insulation between the external environment and the environment in your warehouse.
DR 400 is the most widely used type of inflatable shelter, it is recommended where there is a wider variation in height and where vehicles may have a tail lift and rear roller or slide over doors. Extra wide doorways may also be accommodated.
Inflatable Dock Seal Model DS 500
Inflatable dock shelters provide you with the ultimate level of insulation between the external environment and the environment in your warehouse.
DS 500 is suitable where there is a wide variation in vehicle height and the vehicles may have “barn” type doors where a gap is created between the sides of the vehicle and the open doors. In these cases, conventional inflatables and static shelters do not seal the vehicle to the building.
The side elements of this shelter inflate straight out from the face of the building onto the rear of the vehicle while the head seal inflates down onto the vehicle roof.
Inflatable Dock Seal Model DS 700
Inflatable dock shelters provide you with the ultimate level of insulation between the external environment and the environment in your warehouse.
DS 700 is recommended where there is a wide variation in vehicle height and where vehicles may have a tail lift and/or rear roller or slide over doors.
It is not recommended where vehicles have rear “barn” type doors but ideal where space is an issue and aesthetics not a priority. Up to two metres in height variation can be accommodated using the DS 700 dock shelter.
Inflatable Dock Seal Model DS 800
Inflatable dock shelters provide you with the ultimate level of insulation between the external environment and the environment in your warehouse.
DS 800 is recommended where vehicles may have “barn” type doors and are of similar height. The whole seal inflates out from the building to seal the back of the vehicle.
DS 800 can be retro-fitted without the need for the substantial steel work which would be required for foam pad seals.
